Scope: We offer general handyman services but do not handle major electrical, plumbing, or structural work. For structural work, contact a General Contractor.

Payment: Material costs must be paid prior to the start of work, unless otherwise agreed. Labor will be billed upon completion of work.

Client Responsibilities: You must provide access to the work area and inform us of any special conditions. You are responsible for any required permits.

Cancellation: 24 hours' notice is recommended for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction. If you're not happy with our work, contact us within 30 days. Refunds are at our discretion and may be issued for substandard or incomplete work. Additional services requested beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seminole County, FL.
